Do you feel run down, sore, hurting, having poor sleep, stressed and/or wiped out? (I hope you don't have all of these but if you do, read on). If so, you are probably lacking two important minerals.
Don't Be Surprised: Calcium
Alright. Calcium. Yep. My doctor told me I needed more. I know I need calcium for my bones. But what about being run down, sleep, pain and stress? You're saying calcium? What's the deal here?
Calcium is stored in your bones and teeth. In fact, 99% of the calcium in your body resides there. But 1% runs through your blood. And this 1% blood-calcium is so important, that without it, your heart wouldn't beat, your muscles would spasm up, your nerves would go tilt.
Calcium and Pain
Yes, your pain could be due to a lack of calcium in your body. When your muscles are tight, you are stiff, you toss and turn at night. This is a sign that your body could be lacking calcium. Calcium is a natural muscle relaxer. Your muscles need an abundant supply of calcium so they can function correctly. Without calcium present muscles tighten up. It's just not a "good idea" to have calcium available for your muscles. It's a fact. Tight muscles pull on your bones and joints. Now you have joint compression. This can lead to degeneration and/or arthritis.
Magnesium = Relax
Then there is magnesium. I could write a magnesium book that easily would have over 1000 pages. Magnesium is involved in over 300 chemical reactions in the body. Lack of it results in an "A to Z List" that is a mile long. Conditions here include everything from acne, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, digestive problems, fibromyalgia, PMS, anxiety and stress and muscle spasms.
If you're in pain, chances are your body needs magnesium. I have experienced personally, with my patients and clients. Unbelievable changes can take place due to having the right form of calcium and magnesium in your body.
Magnesium relaxes the muscles and nerves. When you're in PAIN, your body needs more of these nutrients. Period.
Problem: Calcium and Magnesium are Rocks!
Truly is a problem! How do you get a rock like calcium (ie, a piece of chalk, marble or limestone) into a warm-blooded body such as yours? Or magnesium, which is probably one of the main constituents of the steel body of your automobile?
I can tell you that in my almost 3 decades studying nutrition, traditional calcium and magnesium supplements don't work. It's not that the supplements are "bad". It's how your body has to absorb them.
Here is an x-ray of a person's abdomen. Notice how there are undigested calcium tablets (a few of them are ready to come out).

In order for your body to absorb calcium and magnesium, these nutrients have to be in a slightly acidic state. Acid (such as lemon juice) dissolves calcium and magnesium. The result: the minerals will "mix-in" to your body's chemistry, thus absorption takes place.
Best Calcium and Magnesium Supplement
Hands down, my CalMax Formula is the best form of calcium and magnesium in the marketplace.
CalMax is a powder you mix in hot water like you're making tea. The hot water "activates" the minerals and they begin to fizz. First time I tried it I felt like I was doing a science experiment in my kitchen!
The hot water next turns into a milky color. The calcium and magnesium ions are now beginning to mix in the water.
In about a minute or two, the water is again clear and the calcium and magnesium are now completely dissolved in the water, ready to be absorbed as a liquid in your body.
This "shot" of calcium and magnesium entering in your body is unmistakable. The nutrients go into your blood stream fast and you can feel it work (at least this is my experience and those of several thousands of people who have reported so).
Try CalMax for Yourself
My purpose to help you help yourself. We're overloaded with doctors who love to write prescriptions and an Internet full of false hope. Part of becoming healthy, pain-free and into a more happy state of being, is having the knowledge and taking responsibility for your own condition.
I can't tell you my CalMax Formula will work for you. You need to try it for yourself.
