Recently I was on a red-eye flight from Portland, OR to Minneapolis. I was looking forward to sleeping most of the way. The lady behind me ruined this idea. She began talking to the person next to her about her conditions. She was very specific about these and didn’t finish her narration until the pilot announced we were letting down for landing. I couldn’t believe that one person could have so many maladies. Non-stop hours of them…
A few years ago, I was on a TV show and showed an x-ray of a person’s mid-section with little white, tubular-shaped objects present. Were they kidney stones, bone spurs or even cancerous lesions? No. What they were practically no one could see coming.
They were whole, undigested vitamins, ready to be “expelled” from the body (if you know what I mean).
Today we are under stress more than ever. The economy (or lack thereof), kids, parents, health, weather–they are all taking a heavy toll on us.

Medical doctors have been on strike only two times in modern history. Once in Israel and the other in the US. In both instances, the mortality rate DROPPED upwards of 9-10% each week they were out of work.
We already spend more on health care than any other country in the world. But our Health Index is near the bottom. There are 3rd World Countries without toilets that have a higher Health Index than we do.
